Duet Resource Group does not use SMS messaging for marketing, advertising, or promotional purposes.
Consent
You will only receive text messages from a Duet Resource Group employee after you agree to receive them. You can agree by texting a Duet employee's business number first, by telling a Duet employee verbally (in person or by phone) that we may text you, or by agreeing in writing (for example, by email).
Consent is not a condition of purchase.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on project activity, scheduling needs, and service coordination requirements.
Message + Data Rates
Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and service plan. Duet Resource Group is not responsible for any charges incurred.
Opt-Out Instructions

Opt-outs apply to the Duet phone number you reply to. After opting out, you will no longer receive text messages from that number unless you reply START to re-subscribe.
